Andrew Triplett

Andrew Triplett is an attorney at Hoover Kacyon, LLC. He was able to gain exposure to many areas of law before finding a home at Hoover Kacyon in 2016, where he works to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients. Andrew understands that people need an attorney who can empathize with their situation and enjoys guiding clients through the legal process.

At Hoover Kacyon, LLC Andrew focuses his practice area in the areas of civil litigation, including family law, business and construction law, personal injury and appeals.

Prior to joining Hoover Kacyon, LLC., Andrew gained valuable experience working for the Education Law Association, a non-profit based in Cleveland, Ohio, that offers information about current legal issues affecting schools, administrators, parents, and children involved in K-12 and higher education. In 2015, Andrew was invited to present his Law Review article, which discussed the use of the False Claims Act to hold for-profit colleges liable for predatory student lending, at the ELA’s annual conference.

Andrew also worked in personal injury before joining Hoover Kacyon, LLC., where he assisted counsel in the administration of medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Andrew has drafted briefs for the Ohio Supreme which resulted in favorable outcomes for clients.

Andrew graduated from Baldwin Wallace University and earned his bachelor’s degree with a major in political science and a dual minor in legal studies and business administration. He went on to graduate from the University of Akron School of Law where he was a member of the editorial board of the Akron Law Review.
