Chandra earned her B.A. Magna Cum Laude in criminal justice and psychology from Baldwin Wallace College. While at Baldwin Wallace, Chandra found her love of law while interning at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. She earned her J.D. Cum Laude from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2007.
After graduating law school, Chandra immediately began running a successful practice when she took over for her mentor William E. Howard. On January 1, 2018, Howard, Muster, & Associates began, and William E. Howard retired. While engaging in solo practice, Chandra handled a multitude of legal matters, including domestic, juvenile, criminal, and bankruptcy cases.
Chandra has worked extensively as a Guardian ad Litem in the Summit County Domestic Relations Court since 2010. As a Guardian Ad Litem, Chandra has looked out for the interests of minor children in divorce and child custody cases.
Chandra is a member of the Akron Bar Associates and the Ohio Bar Association. She is also licensed to practice in the Northern District of Ohio, Federal Court.
